I'm sure many of us have seen and heard about these modes previously, but Evan assisted by Tom M0DCG and Tony M0SAV who erected a suitable antenna, described three of the mode he uses on the air, RTTY, PSK31 and MFSK16.
A detailed and informative presentation of over an hour was followed after a coffee break with a practical demonstration. Using PSK31, QSO'd with stations in Croatia and Italy.
A fascinating evening which will have whetted the appetite of those attending to have a go and was a prelude to the shortly to be launched club project.
